Outlook - Alex Shelley was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. Right when indies in the Northern Midwest were getting some attention, the charismatic twenty year old was brought into some of the most notable indies: IWA Mid-South, CZW and Ring of Honor, which gave him a lot of exposure and experience. He has developed from a solid indy worker into something more. His wide variety of unqiue holds and moves wouldn't be enough to make him a star, but luckily he's a good talker, has a good look and got a nice slot in NWA-TNA. Though there are dozens of junior heavywieghts who could become top stars if pushed properly, Shelley may be one of those who breaks through, but struggles with that glass ceiling. He's young and talented, so all bets are off. Hopefully Alex Shelley is able to fully live up to his potential.
