Keith Hartley known then as The Rock
defeated a stuffed animal he dubbed "Spots" so that he could
crown himself champion to get the federation started. After the
match he announced a new rule that you could not wrestle a non-living
thing; Independent Union Wrestling changed names to Clough Amateur
Wrestling
(2) Stephen Herzog made an agreement earlier in the day to defend the title and the match was scheduled. CAW had a rule saying that belts can switch hands due to disqualification to stop cheating. Stephen Herzog was counted out and disqualified thus awarding the championship to Keith Hartley |
