| TEAM MEMBERS AND UPDATE |
Sanders Watson Mike Yuhasz Brett Mahon Products of the small town of Watkins Glen, the team has learned how to play wiffle ball according to USPPBA rules. Now scattered through NY and PA, the team members regroup to play in tournaments. 2002 Recently, I had the chance to practice with the Po Town Express. We met in Poughkeepsie, NY and got some good hitting and pitching in. It was a good time had by all. 2001 The Asparagus Men competed in one ENQ in 2001. Finished 1 - 2 after competing in first tournament of this style and rules. Here are some results: Game 1: Lost 11 - 5 to Stompers (Maryland) Game 2: Won 9 - 8 over Berwick Red Sox Game 3: Lost 4 - 0 to In-the-box After a rough first game the Asparagus Men bounced back to beat the Red Sox and finished strong against In the Box.
