Act 3

Writers Anonymous is a New Brunswick-based writing group for poets and storytellers offering the following benefits:

  • An Audience - when read aloud, your words take on new life

  • Mutual Mentoring - an exchange of knowledge about publishing, poetic forms, writing styles, sources, writer's block, among others

  • Peer Critique - improving your writing with supportive suggestions from other writers

Writers Anonymous encourages creative, open-minded, non-judgmental participation. The group includes and seeks experienced writers. Beginners are also welcome.

Each person may share one or two poems or a story. Please bring copies to distribute. Stories of more than five pages are distributed for discussion at the following meeting.

Writers Anonymous meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble, Route 1 and 130, North Brunswick, NJ. For more information e-mail Jack at jcargill@rci.rutgers.edu or Amara at amaracrow@cs.com or call (732) 932-6740.
