Over-used phrases gripe my mind: "At the end of the day," "clearly" and "bottom line." "Absolutely" answers any old question. Nodding persons use at any suggestion. "Chill out" too can be added to the list, "Gotcha" "Oh, My God," make me double my fist. "Senior moment," I have enough of those. "Senior citizen," I'd rather just be old. My dander also rises when it is an intention of a person being silent to get their attention. People spend hours trying to "pull them out."
