Eddie's Time Management Techniques
1. Give up distracting thoughts. Try the one-minute meditation, which involves clearing your mind and thinking nothing for a minute. The key to a serene focused effort is totally giving up any distracting activity as an option. Relax. Focus on and appreciate the certain rewards of working this moment.

2. Plan ahead & develop good habits. Make a daily schedule. Stick to the schedule.

3. Reduce distraction. Go to the best place to do the task. Just focus on spending time on the task without distraction rather than getting a particular result.

4. Start by breaking down the task into easy certain steps. Keep breaking it down until you see easy fun steps to start with. Starting is the most difficult step. Start with something easy until you get into a groove. Try to do a decent job first and then improve on it. When writing, separate writing from editing. Write decently and quickly first and then edit as much as you want later.
