Who We Are
   The West Springfield Civic Association (WSCA), located in Springfield, VA, was formed in 1961 by residents of the West Springfield, Westview, and Keene Mill Manor subdivisions, the new developments between Accotink Creek and Rolling Road. The emblem to the left first appeared on the cover of the 1964 directory published for the 400 members at the time. The motto Utile Dulci is Latin for "the useful with the pleasant."

This is the second meeting devoted to conversations with candidates for 42nd District Delegate. Last month's meeting was a similar conversaiton with Greg Werkheiser, the Democratic Party candidate.

We’re interested in bringing the speakers you want to hear from to our monthly meetings. Contact me and let me know who or what you are interested in hearing about.

West Springfield Civic Association: Serving the community since 1961

During the school year, WSCA meets at 7:30 pm on the first Wednesday of the month at the Springfield Government Center on Rolling Road or at the West Springfield Elementary School, 6802 Deland Drive, Springfield. Meetings are open to the public. Please feel free to invite your neighbors to West Springfield Civic Association meetings.
