| I am a PhD. student at the Instituto de Energia Electrica (IEE) of San Juan University since 2001. In August 1992 I got my Electrical degree (at UNI). I have worked at Peruvian Air Force (FAP) and at Peruvian Interconected System Economic Operation Committee (COES) the last 4 years My research works on Economic Dispach and Hydrothermal models I was born in Lima, Peru in March 1969. |
