Hot Rolls
My Mother used this recipe in the restrant where she worked.
2 1/2 cup luck warm water
1 tablespoon salt
2 packages yeast
1 1/2 cup shortening
6 tablespoons sugar
6 to 8 cups flour

Dessolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

Sift salt and sugar and flour, add yeast and mix again, turn onto floured board and knead until dough springs back, Make into rolls press flat and let rise for 1 hour, grease tops and cook at 450 degrees about 20 minutes.
