Thank you for choosing to be a crafter at the 3rd annual Winter Fair. We have received your check
and guarantee you a space. The Winter Fair will be held Friday, Nov. 18th from 5-9pm and Saturday, Nov.
19th from 10am-5pm. You will have access to your vending area from 12:30pm on Friday to set up. Please be
finished and ready to go by 4:30pm. You may arrive as early as 8am on Saturday. Your table can be
covered with a cloth after Friday's activities.  We do not expect anything to be touched overnight;
however, we assume no responsibility for articles left at the school.

The Waldorf School of Philadelphia is located at 7500 Germantown Avenue on the New Covenant
Campus, directly across from the Trolley Car Diner at the foot of Chestnut Hill. If you'd like more specific
directions, call or e-mail me, or use the directions service on our website at
www.geocities.com/wspwinterfair/vendorspage. Our building is called Eagles II. Once on the Campus drive
past the gatehouse. Halfway up the hill bear right and follow a curve to the left to find Eagles II. There
will be an iron fence bordering the parking area. You may park cars close to the two building entrances to
load and unload, but we ask that you park your car in a lot further up the hill on campus to allow more space
for customer parking. For the more remote parking areas, drive on past the church overhang, and turn
right to go up the main driveway. Bear right before the building at the top of the hill.

For updated Fair information go to www.geocities.com/wspwinterfair. This letter and other information will
be posted in the "For Vendors and Crafters" section. You can also see lists of crafters and activities as
they are added. The "Food" section will list a menu of food that will be available for purchase, and I am
working on setting up an ordering system for the crafters so that lunch or a snack can be delivered to you.
Details will post as they are worked out. We may also have low cost load-in/load-out help available. Let me
know if you would be interested. Be aware that all vendor spaces are accessed by stairs.

Please bring your own cash for change, table (if not using desks), table drapes, extension cords, product
info, business cards, etc. If you are using our desks they should be draped well to look their best. Please
allow yourself enough set-up time, and don't forget to make use of vertical space. Contact me with any
questions or requests as soon as possible.

To make the calculation of 5% of sales (over $100) as streamlined as possible, we will ask you to keep good
record of your sales. A sales record sheet will be provided so that you can jot down sales as they happen,
and keep a running total. You must check out with me, Nicole or Kasea (fair co-chairs) before you leave
each night-Friday to collect your sales record sheet, and Saturday to tally and collect the percentage.
Please pay the 5% fee in cash. We will send a receipt for your records soon thereafter.

We are doing all we can to intensively advertise this event and bring in more people from outside the school
community. To that end, we hope you will help by forwarding the e-flyer and subsequent reminder e-flyers
to every appropriate person on your contact list, and encouraging them to do the same. Any ideas or
suggestions to further that goal are welcome.

Thank you for supporting our school and the unique learning environment it offers. We're happy you're
joining us. Have a fun and prosperous weekend!
