Rule #1 - Never use any other characters in your RP without permission. If you do this once, you'll be warned. Second time, you're outta here buddy.
Rule #2 - Please, do not complain about a loss. If you lost a match, and feel you COMPLETELY Out Roleplayed your opponent, take it up with a member of staff. Chances are, it's an angle being worked out. Also, before you go ranting and raving on the OOC or RP Board about a loss, remember, this is a game to have fun with. Sure we all want to win, but sometimes you have to lose in a game, to progress further. Those who complain on the OOC or RP board shall be banned a complaints board is available for all to use!
Rule #3 - Any unnecessary OOC comments on the RP Board, WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY. You will be warned for the first one. The second one, you're outta here buddy. We have an OOC Board for OOC Comments. If you want to praise someone's RP, do it on the OOC Board. Staff however, may leave you an OOC under your RP
Rule #4 - Roleplaying must be regular. At LEAST ONE RP is enough. That shouldn't take too much time out of your busy schedule :-) If you're unable to do this, let a member of staff know prior to the deadline, so we don't humiliate your character in his/her match. A note on the OOC Board, or an e-mail will suffice
Rule #5 - Roleplays must be of a certain length. Without sounding too picky, they must be long enough to keep us interested, but not so long that we end up skipping through most of it. For instance, no RP must be over 70kb in text. That's plain silly. If you feel like writing that much, try something other than an e-fed :-)
Rule #6 - Please check your spelling, grammar, punctuation and links before you post. We know the colors look strange previewed on Boards2go, but everything else can be previewed. Poor spelling brings us back to reality, letting us know that it's a human typing at a computer. Also, do NOT use "'Net Talk". IE DO NOT use 'u' instead of you. This shall be warned about, we really don't like it! It's fine to be used in OOC we do so, but Roleplaying? NO!
Rule #7 - The Roleplay Deadline is 11:59PM GMT Sunday. If you do not know what your time is GMT, get hold of one of the staff members and they'll be able to tell you. Roleplays will NOT count after this deadline. We may let them slide if they are ten minutes past the deadline. This shall only be given IF a reason we find acceptable is given. Other then that, forget it we have to be fair to the others, but if we do let it slide now and then...don't make a habit of it - there's only so much we'll allow.
Rule #8 - Backstage segments and interviews WILL count towards your match, but they must be sent in before that dreaded deadline.
Rule #9 - WsW and their staff will not be held responsible for RSI, Tunnel Carpel Syndrome or any other disease/injury. You agree to these terms by signing up with us.
Rule #10 - No racism, or sexism please. This rule must be followed, if it isn't...bye bye! Although we'll be less lenient on the sexism as that perhaps doesn't offend as much, racism there is no exceptions. Please note if the person who has felt sexism towards them comes to any of us and complains...you shall be banned. There is no exceptions. We like to keep a friendly and happy environment in the WSW.
Rule #10 - The most important rule... HAVE FUN!!!
