                                    ·  Served as the Certified Licensed Custom Clearance Broker for People’s Republic of China.

                                        ·  Managed an internal task force to design more efficient importing and exporting procedures.

                                                ·  Implemented a strategy with outside suppliers and the Kodak Global Logistic Department resulting in 30% reduction in process cycle times.

·   Interacted with the Chinese local and state governments on the behalf of Kodak Company to obtain favored status for importation of materials.  

·   Developed a methodology to track and expedite material flow.

·   Assisted in negotiation with local government to set up Kodak manufacturing plant in Xiamen
