Faa’izah Mustafa Smith is not your ordinary woman. She is extremely dedicated and active in her community. While at Wesleyan University, she sought to help her community in many ways and was a student leader, especially in ColorWorks, which was a student of color theatre collaborative.
She became interested in Lambda Psi Delta Sorority, Inc. through the urgings of one of her very close friends. She became a LILy and though her journey would be difficult, she became a Soror of Lambda Psi Delta Sorority Inc., during her senior spring.
She has since then moved to California and has a young son named Ajani.
