SUBMISSION GUIDELINES!
Be sure to read ALL the submission guidelines. Not following these will lead to the disqualification of your fic!
For Authors of the stories they submit or person submitting fiction:

1. Each author can have a maximum of 4 entries in each category.

2. Each author can have a maximum of 5 entries all together.

3. A fic may be entered in as many categories as you wish to enter it in.

4. Please be sure that the category you enter your fiction in is the proper category. All improperly categorized fics will be sent back to the writer and requested to be regrouped by the author.

5. Label all submission e-mails as "Kisha Tensai Submission"

6. There is only 20 slots in each category. Those allowed into each category will be
decided on a first come, first serve basis.

7. When entering this contest you are giving us permission to post your fan fiction on this site and Wu Chan's Insanely Cute Anime Asylum. If the fan fiction is not yours, I would like an e-mail from the author giving us permission.

8. The author of a story always has permission to withdraw their story from the contest for any reason.

9. If a story is disqualified for any reason and the category is full the next author in line will be notified that they are accepted.

10. Please include these things with your submission(s):
  a.) Your name (or pen name)
  b.) The title of the story(s)
  c.) which category(s) you wish to enter each submission in
  d.) Your website's URL (if you have one.)
  e.) If your entries include couples, please note which ones

11. All entries that require warnings should include those warnings.

12. Read the categories for more specific rules in each category.

13. All judge decisions are FINAL! We will not accept arguments from nominees about why they did not win. It could also endanger your ability to participate in this contest in the future. We are, however happy to send you basic tips on how you could have improved your story.


Judges:

1. If you have written a story (or nominated someone else’s)in a certain category you will NOT be placed as a judge in that category.

2. All people wishing to become judges for this contest should send me an application including:
  a.) Your name
  b.) Your age (those of you under the age of 16 will NOT be placed as judges in 
       the citrus categories.)
  c.) A list of categories you would like to be placed in numbered in order of first 
      choice to last resort.
  d.) A short explanation as to why you want to judge this contest and your   
      qualifications.
  e.) Your website URL if you have one.
I will hand select judges from other websites also.

3.) Lable all judge's applications e-mail "Judge's Application"

4.) The limit as to how many judges I place in a category varies as to how many
applications I receive, but if you are not placed in your first choice it is because I need to spread the judges among all the categories.

5.) When you apply to be a judge I expect you to report back with your results and read EVERY SINGLE FICTION, no matter how stupid it sounds.

6.) All judges applications need to be in by March 1st for the first selection of the year. For the second, I would like to have all applications by August.

7.) Judges will receive a letter with more information after they have been excepted. They need to read all the rules in the complete list I will send them.

Tips for Authors:
1. Enter your fic in several categories, thus increasing your chances of winning.

2. Punctuation and correct spelling are always good to have in your story. Lack of punctuation and incorrect spelling will reflect badly on you as a writer.
