1. On topic-ness is essential to each post you make.  Do try to start a conversation that is related to both Wufei and Sally or either the two of them and Gundam Wing.  Replies to posts, to fics, introductions and fanart appreciation are fine.  There’s this thing we call “noise” in every mailing list and I do not mind it in my ML.  All I am requiring is that we make “on-topic noise”.

2. Flaming in *any* way, shape, form is HIGHLY PROHIBITED.  A member who I find flaming or attacking another member is going to be warned only twice.  The third attack would result to banning of said member from the list.
NOTE: If anyone would want a brash conversation/argument/duel with one another, I suggest that you settle the matter privately.  I do NOT want anyone starting a war in my list since this is Sally and Wufei’s home and they’re supposed to be living in a new era… in PEACE.

3. This is a yaoi and yuri friendly list.  ALTHOUGH, we prefer if you keep Wufei and Sally from those pairings *while* you’re in this mailing list since this list is a Wufei+Sally devotee.  If you are offended by this rule and incapable to follow accordingly, I suggest you check out other mailing lists available that can tolerate your preferences.

4. Should you wish to advertise other mailing lists or other various things, it is a must to contact the Admins first for approval.  Yes, we’ll most likely approve your permission but under some other circumstances, you’ll never know if it would be disapproving to the Admins.  Please respect our authority.

5. Ask permission from the author/artist of the works you wish to forward to the list.  I suggest that you attach a copy of said permission given.

6. Attachments are allowed, yes.  Still, minimize the use of attachments and I suggest that you go for loading files (especially banners and fanarts) in the files section of the mailing list.  As for fics, I suggest that you copy and paste it from your word processor to your post or message addressed to the list.

7. Be responsible for what you write or draw.  Enclose headings of fanfiction and fanarts with ‘[fic]’ or ‘[fanart]/[art]’ along with the title and warnings.

8. Technical problems, questions and concerns should be dealt with the Admins.

9. These rules/policies are subject to change as time changes and different needs arise.  The list shall be contacted of any changes that may occur.

10. Violation of rules/policies and other misconduct done shall result to dropping of membership after two strike-warnings.
