WUSC
World University Service of Canada (WUSC) is a network of individuals and postsecondary institutions who believe that all peoples are entitled to the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to a more equitable world. Its mission is to foster human development and global understanding through education and training.
Local Committees
The local committees of the universities and colleges are composed of student members, teachers, and other persons interested in international development issues. The committees arrange on-campus events and can participate in activities nation-wide. The local committees are responsible for applications from their area to overseas programs and to sponsor student refugees through the WUSC program.
