According to the Hill family and court records, the house belonged to a Princeton,WV forefather named Mr. Isiah Bee and was built in 1865. Also, according to the Hill family and records they obtained from the library, the land use to be a plantation owned by Mr.Bee. Mrs. Hill stated a stable was still in the back yard when they purchased the property, and they tore it down to make their granddaughter's playhouse with the lumber from it. They also discovered from the library that Mr. Bee had horses he kept in his stable, and documents stated that there were few families or houses in the area before Mr. Bee came to Princeton, WV.
According to Mrs. Hill, documents show that from the time Mr.I Bee was there, fifteen familys purchased the property and then, sold it again after only two/three years. According to Mrs. Hill, the Princeton Court records showed the house was purchased by Mrs.Harvey in 1936, who died in the living room, and her husband died of a heart attack in the back yard. Apparently, records show that a Mr. George Seaver received the property as a payment from Mrs. Harvey to pay for her funeral expenses when she passed. Mr. Seaver then used the property as a funeral home. Mrs. Hill stated her neighbors also told her that it was used as a funeral home. Mrs. Hill explained that the viewing area was in her current living room and bedrooms, and the morgue/embalming was done in her current kitchen/dining room. Later, the house was sold to Mr D. Crockett in 1983. They stayed there until 1985, and sold it to the FHA. It remained empty until the Hill family purchased it in 1987. All the court records show that no one stayed here for more than two/three years, except for the Hill family who has resided at the residence for almost 20 years.
Mrs. Hill also explained that her husband's mother died at the house while they were taking care of her. She said that they were getting ready for church one day, and as they existed the house, her husband was locking the front door, and his mother left his side, and fell down the steps breaking her neck.
There is also church next to the house. Mrs. Hill said it was built after a lady burned up in her home after it caught on fire and burned to the ground, but she wasn't sure of the date these things happened. She stated her neighbors told her about this as well.

Photos and actually seeing Orbs and mists, Photos of Rods, Hearing Voices, Noises and Footsteps, Being Touched, Smells, Voice Mimicking, Things being moved, and other events.... Mrs. Hill has many strange photos and videos.
The Hills say they have never been threatened or harmed or felt threatened, but have had many physical touches. However, one time in particular alarmed Mrs. Hill. She stated that one night her and her husband were getting ready for bed, and she thought her husband was standing there in the room, but it wasn't her husband. It was a black mass in the form of a figure of a man.
Mrs. Hill stated a long time ago, she had a friend who was a preacher come to bless their home. Mrs. Hill said that they after the preacher began praying, he got this scared, troubled look on his face, and said he had to leave. Later, according to Mrs. Hill, he said he had seen something, but wouldn't explain what, and that something told him to get out. He wouldn't discuss it in detail with her. Mrs. Hill said he never returned.
The Hills state the activity has happened ever since they moved in.
