The Living Area

~CABIN ASSIGNMENT~
Each camper may choose a cabin/bed to stay in for the week. This is done on a first come basis. Campers will be expected to respect the rules and instructions of cabin counselors at all times. Once your cabin counselor has included your name on the cabin attendance sheet, you may not change cabins unless the counselors involoved approve.

~CABIN CLEANLINESS~
Each camper must make every effort to maintain his/her assigned space in as orderly a manner as possible. Some cabins have very little space in the sleeping area's, so the walkways MUST be kept clear to allow for a fire escape plan. Beds must not be slid together, window screens may not be removed, no open flames of any type (candles, matches, lighters, etc.), sleeping area's must be swept on a daily basis, all trash is to be put in trash cans, aisles must be kept free of obstructions, no containers of food or drink left open in the sleeping area, toilet areas and floors cleaned as needed. The cabin counselor will assign some of these duties to campers.

~CABIN ETIQUETTE~
The cabins are provided as a place to sleep, hold cabin devotions, and for other activities as approved by the counselors. It is expected that there will be visits to the cabins during the day to change clothes or obtain equipment. However, as activities are provided throughout the day for campers, prolonged stays in the cabins during the day will not be permitted. Campers who are ill and not able to participate in the normal activities will be temporarily housed in the first aid area. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE VISITS BY BOYS TO THE GIRLS CABINS OR GIRLS TO THE BOYS CABINS, AT ANY TIME, DAY OR NIGHT. Any camper caught going to a cabin of the opposite sex will be sent home immediately, with no refund. No exceptions.

All campers will be expected to remain quietly in their bunks after the lights are out for the night. Any exit from the cabin must be approved by the cabin counselor assigned to them. Any activities outside the cabins after lights out without prior permission will be cause for dismissal from camp.
