~MEALS/SNACK SHOP~
Meals will include: Lunch and dinner on Monday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Tuesday through Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. These meals are included in the camp fee. Snacks will be available for purchase during the camp week in the snack shop. Small coolers will be permitted, although there will be no access to ice.

~CAMPER MONEY~
All campers must turn in all spending money to the camp bank at the time of registration. There will be no cash sales. Snacks purchased at the snack shop will be deducted from the account, with any remaining balance returned at the end of the week. This way, money will not fall out of pockets, come up missing, etc. On Friday evening, we usually order pizza at a cost of $1.00 per slice. If you order pizza, the money for this pizza will be deducted from the campers snack money account.

~MOTORIZED VEHICLES~
Motorized vehicles driven by campers must be registered and keys turned into the camp directors. Campers will not be permitted to use these vehicles throughout the week. They will remain parked and locked on the campsite.

~LEAVING THE CAMP GROUNDS~
Campers will not leave the confines of the camp, nor will they, alone or in the company of the others, leave the areas of activity where no counselor or director is present. This includes the wooded areas and the campfire ring (unless there is a scheduled activity at the fire ring).

Wednesday evening, we will hold a bible study service. Any camper that needs to leave the camp for his own Bible study, or is leaving camp early, or is returning home with someone other than his parent, must indicate this on the registration form. We want to keep your child safe!

~CALLING HOME/RECIEVING PHONE CALLS~
A pay phone is provided for campers to call home during the week. This phone is located behind the snack shop. It would be difficult for campers to receive calls, but if an emergency arises, the pay phone number is (304)
455 - 6528. During business hours the camp office has a phone which MUST ONLY BE CALLED IN EXTREME EMERGENCIES: (304) 455 - 0934.
