Attendance Policy
	This applies to all regular Sunday meetings, monthly chapel services, and service projects. Degrees are also included in the following policies and are particularly important for attendance.  The degrees are our way of welcoming new members and saying farewell to leaving members. Acceptable excuses: 1. Work 2. Class 3. Illness ***All other excuses will be read anonymously and voted on at the executive board meetings.  In addition, any other excuse besides the three above needs to specific in order for the exec board to vote on the validity of the excuse.*** Written excuses must be turned in to one of two places: 1. Envelope in Kappa Phi Room 2. Kappa Phi mailbox #161 Email excuses will no longer be accepted!! All excuses must be turned in within one week after your absence or it will be automatically counted as unexcused. Unexcused Absences:   You are allowed three unexcused absences per year.  After the second unexcused absence you will receive a letter notifying you that you have one unexcused absence left. After the third unexcused absence, you must set up a meeting with the executive board.  If you fail to do so, you must yield up your pin and your membership.
