| Panzer IX only existed as a project on the drawing board. It was possibly armed with 88mm gun and had many new features that can be found on modern tanks. Panzer IX along with Panzer X were mostlikely propaganda sketeches only. They were published in the Signal magazine in late 1944. | ||||||
