Joseph Stalin ( 1879-1953) Soviet Dictator and commander in chief of the soviet amry. He reduced the esffectiveness of the red army by excuting most of it's more able Generals before the German invasion

Admiral Nikolai Koznetsov (1902-1974) Commander in Chief of the Navy

Marschal Georgi Zhukov(1896-1974) DeputySupreme commander commander of the Red army. He commanded the defence of Moscow in autuomn 1941.

Col. General Alexander Novikov (1900-1976) Commander in Chief of Airforce

Marschal Boris Shaposhnikov (1882-1945) Soviet chief of staff before Vasilievsky. He resigned in 1941 because of ill health.
