Discussion: 

·         Update with Stewart Associates:

                                Kristin/Jason contact persons regarding Mike Vaughan at Stewart Associates. Currently 54+ homes                                 interested in water supply prospects. (Need to communicate with homes not represented at annual                                                 meeting for additional count.)

·         Update of County responses:

                Ponds     Delegate Rudolph meeting with Jason and Susan…Need question that WWHOA would like asked of the                                 Attorney General regarding Logan pond. As-builts for Pond #1 & #2 obtained.

                Common Area       With assistance from County/M Vaughan what initial steps does the HOA want in regard to                                                 large common area? (removal of dirt or just level)  BOD’s to visit area to discuss proposals.                                                 Meeting= Tuesday July 11 at 7:00pm; @ large common area on forge court between 108 and                                                 118 Forge Court.

Still to date…’As-built’ for SWF  #3 are unaccounted for at the DPW.  Suggestions of filling Logan pond  area need to be investigated. Apex Environmental will be contacted to inspect SWM Facilities 1 & 2 to initiate condition, maintenance, repair and $$ values.

                        Mediation: an agreement was reached with Layaou Landscaping. To edge bed area (RH) spread mulch w/fabric and refund $390.00 from original agreement.

·         Triangle Electric contacted for entrance sign lights. To be installed approx. July 14-17th
