ARCHITECTURAL REQUESTS- INFORMATION
Article V, page 15- Covenant
No structure...exterior addition to or change...be made...until plans...have been submitted to and approved...by an architectural control committee...appointed by the Board.


Submit:
1.  Property plat showing location of structure and/or improvement;
2.  name, address, phone (and/or email for contact) 
3.  description of the structure specifications regarding materials, color scheme and dimensions.

Process: Once requests are received by an ARC member it will circulate through three members for review and approval. The ARC Liaison will generate all approval letters. Please have all request information to speed process. Please allow at minumum 7 days for process but keeping in mind it could be longer.
