Hi folks,
As you can see much work has been done to the front garden area... 
Thanks to you all...
The following activities have been completed:
 
* 9/19: HOA Board approved the budget.
* 9/20: Rock mulch beds prepared on both the exit and entrance by edging the perimeter. Round Up grass kill was applied to areas in front of the exit garden and the beds around the cherry trees
* 9/21: Landscape fabric laid in the exit and entrance garden areas
* 9/22: Six (6) cubic yards of red rock mulch was delivered and spread on both the entrance and exit beds.
* 9/27: Exit bed enlarged to match the entrance bed. This project 
utilized 2 cubic yards of soil. Five rosebushes were moved to balance the garden. Grass area raked and topsoil spread for grass seed prep.
* 9/28: Exit bed topped with hardwood mulch, roses watered, grass seed spread.
* 9/30: Cherry trees trimmed by contactor.
 
This Tuesday is the first Tuesday of October (10/3)... so we shall plan to meet at the garden area around 5:00 to work on the remaining items of attention:
 
* Trim rose bushes, river birch trees, evergreens (center bed)
* Pull dead grass in the curb area
* Edge the cherry trees and spread the existing mulch around the cherry trees and landscaping lights
* Spread topsoil on the entrance side and seeding the area
* Examine dead trees on exit side on Red Toad Road
 
Please bring with you trimming utensils, shovels, rakes and help...
 
will pick up or have delivered some soil to spread...
