Whitaker Woods Garden Committee

Well, Tuesday, 10/3 was an excellent night for the front entrance.
 
* We spread the topsoil in front of the entrance side and seeded. 
* We extended the beds around the cherry trees and trimmed the evergreen ground covering in the center island. 
We still need to mulch the cherry trees in the center island... we estimated that the area will take at least 1 cubic yard of mulch
We will work this Saturday (11/4) starting at 8:30 a.m. We will spread mulch around the cherry trees, "roundup" the weeds in the gardens, examine the dead trees on the exit side on Red Toad...maybe remove them.... anything else that needs to be done.... to finish by about 10:30 or so.
We will meet on Tuesday 11/7 at 7:00p.m at 153 Forge Court to:
* Debrief the fall projects
* Discuss holiday decoration ideas and budget items if necessary
* Determine meetings for after the new year
* Plan a spring clean up/planting day
