	Discussion: · Street repair/ sidewalk · Still need transition information on Ponds, common areas · Replacement of trees lining roads
	Conclusions: Letter to Cecil County Commissioners and Delegate was sent June 2005, outlining specific requests from the WWHOA. Roads and entrance sidewalk were repaired (apparently by Lambdin with county influences). All agree to continue correspondences with Commissioner Mark Guns in respect to our request, without hesitation until each request is fulfilled.

	Conclusions: Sheri Hepler gathering files for transition to Stewart Rasmussen. Investment account information and agent will be initiated once files and financial records are turned over and reviewed. Letters of’ Intent to Lien’ for delinquent HOA dues need to be sent and/or filed with Cecil Co Land Records. To be completed when position transfers.

	Conclusions: New contractor does not weed or bug control. Chem-lawn or other to be contacted to give estimate for year round care of entrance grounds and seasonal care for other common areas.

	Conclusions: WWBOD unsatisfied with Layaou landscaping and lack of communication between WW and Layaou. Design and outline of landscaping to be as drawings and proposal from Layaou Landscaping. Project agreement outlining Phase completions to be faxed and signed by Layaou. Request meeting with BOD/Layaou for sign concept and wall designs prior to ordering of materials. Payment to be made only after Phase II (design) has been approved by the WWHOA Board. Request all as-builts from Triangle Electric for installation of all work completed. Invoice for boring conduits received. Power box installation to be completed 3 week of Aug. Triangle running wires, Layaou installing lights.
