Discussion: 

·         County /SWMF Update:

The county is formulating plans/drawings of the repairs to be completed. A meeting will be held w/ some BOD to review before beginning of work. Repair of ‘Logan Pond’ will begin end of spring (June 2007)

Questions posed to DPW:

--Will the pond be deeded back to county during the reconstruction? TBD

--Will the HOA have ability of acceptance after construction?  YES

--Does the DPW acknowledge that the manhole around collapsing sidewalk was not parged correctly? YES

--As-built for SWF #1?  DPW will contact MRA AGAIN. However suggested that the facility appears to be consistent with the SWM Plans. The HOA plans to meet with County officials to again to request as-built. MDE contacted again on March 20. Requesting assistance and/or direction.

 

Concerns mentioned:

--Sinkhole noticed on Ironoak Ct.—DPW will share info with Roads division and send someone to look into.

--Rip rap (Rock) missing at water outflows. ---DPW clarified that all drainage/utility easements going to any SWF is responsibility of the County DPW to maintain and repair.

 

·         Water Updates:

Meeting with Mike Vaughan scheduled for Thurs.

H2O Committee= Contact Shelley Rust with committee members. Look into grants and funding.

·         HOA Dues:   7 Homeowners delinquent in paying dues.  Information forwarded to the Attorney for processing of Liens and dishonored check charges. (March 16, 2007)

Discussion:  End of March delivery

·         Request homeowners to trim trees/shrubs/grasses that may be hanging over the sidewalks.

·         Speeding in community—Drivers watch kids…BUT Parents need to keep kids from playing in the street.

·         Garden committee input—work date, community clean up date, etc….

·         Street sweep date—please do not park on street during sweeping

·         On trash days please secure garbage to avoid blowing. Help pick up to keep WW clean. 

·         Preparing for Annual Meeting—Open Question:  What would people like to see improved? What DON”T people like about the HOA, Community and current conditions? Answers at Annual meeting

·         Looking to form Social Committee members. (Welcome packets, plan community events i.e. community yard sales, community picnic, etc…)

·         Suggestions on Annual Meeting date to coincide with sports schedules??

·         Lock in Chem-lawn rates on extension. (1, 2 or 3 years) 3% increase annually
