Ashlynne Biltmore is a talented, recognized actress and performance artist who is very well connected in the entertainment field.  She first set foot on the New Bremen shores in October of 2000, where she befriended Clarisa Eldridge (Eldridge eventually became Torrie Whip)  Career responsibilities and numerous roles on stage and screen, demanded international travel and Ms Biltmore was more than happy to oblige.  In February of 2002 Ashlynne returned to New Bremen, with the prospect of filming "A Filha de Cuadecuc" directed by Mary Elizabeth.

Due to movie schedule delays, the starlet found too much time on her hands.  While waiting for the ill-fated film to begin shooting, Ashlynne decided to make New Bremen her permanent home.  Enlisting General Brice Sir Wallace and philanthropist Campbell Weston Morgan III (npc), the three joined forces and opened the Montage Theatre located in the midtown section of the city.  The theatre's mission:  to present avant garde and experimental performing arts work to New Bremen audiences.  Ashlynne became full owner of the theatre in March of 2003, near the time she began filming "Rodin's Chisel" with actor Alan Rickman.  (Snape, from the Harry Potter movie series)   The Montage was damaged from a fire in October, 2003.  Said events prompted Ashlynne to purchase the Market Street Art Complex, with it's Blackthorne Theatre and Preston Pavilion gallery.

Ashlynne volunteers her professional services, reading novels into audio tapes for the blind and illiterate, in conjunction with distribution of support materials at the New Bremen Need To Read Foundation.

Ms Biltmore is a knowledgeable, regarded collector of contemporary art.  She has expanded her related business investments to include a pair of art galleries ~  Modern Masters Georgia and the Preston Pavilion in the Market Street Art Complex.  Ashlynne is also a significant member of, and actively involved with High Society in New Bremen and beyond ... via birthright inclusive in the old school blue bloods, and on her own, respected for making a mark, starring in intelligent, finely crafted, high quality films.

Ashlynne's beginnings were in the midwest.  Born too soon, she was a premature infant.  Her mother was traumatized by the situation and overwhelmed with guilt ~ worrying excessively, checking too often for signs of Ashlynne's normal development.  Such hovering attention followed the future actress throughout childhood, eventually prompting an emotional distance, alienating Ashlynne from her family.

During the teenage years, Ashlynne determined a desire to partake in a more cosmopolitan lifestyle ... uprooting herself from the opulent, restrictive, suburban Michigan home she was accustomed to ... landing on the doorstep of Pindelle Biltmore, an aunt, who not so coincidentally happened to be Executive Editor of
Curatorial Elite magazine in NY City.  Pindelle indoctrinated Ashlynne into the world of art and culture.  The youthful transplant found herself hobnobbing with many of New York's creme de la creme ... aiding the launch of her own career in theatre and performance art.

Eventually Ashlynne moved out from under Pindelle's wing, off on her own, where she has since found ways to survive as an actress and performance artist.  Upon traveling to New Bremen for a film short, she met Clarisa Eldridge at Faust, clandestinely becoming the Torrie Whip's ghoul.  Ashlynne was on location in London shooting "Of Human Bondage" when Clarisa began to crumble, distraught over Toreador Clan troubles.  Sensing Clare's unfortunate demise, Ashlynne cautiously made a return to New Bremen for filming "A Filha de Cuadecuc."

[History]
"If I wasn't an actor, I think I'd have gone mad. You have to have extra voltage, some extra temperament to reach certain heights.  Art is a little bit larger than life - it's an exhalation of life and I think you probably need a little touch of madness."  Laurence Olivier
