healthy with a family can sometimes be hard, as
kids are often fussy eaters. Do you have a recipe

Work and school lunches can be hard. You want
variety but you also want low points - and it
has to be quick and easy to prepare! Have a great
lunch idea for members on the go?
A
fun thing to do is to sit down with some cook books
and look through to find your favourite meals. Then
work out how to make them low point! That way you'll
still be able to enjoy them but know you're not
going to go over your points for the day! :)

is so we too can enjoy it :)
You
