                                  TIPS

You can easily make your own templates, shop-jigs and wood-spring parts with most basic shop tools. Need help? Here's an example of my shop-made jigs for the warded padlock's wood-spring (Layer #2) and the shackle (jigs to hold the shackle steady for use on a router-table).
Always follow proper tool-safety guidelines when using power tools!
Wood spring parts are quite thin - you can get the correct wood thickness using either a table-saw and accessories, bandsaw or jig-saw and a steady hand!

Need More Help?
Many visitors to my website have asked me for help with making  some of the lock parts. Due to the large number of requests, at this time, a
warded padlock wooden parts kits, rough-finished,  is available for sale.
