Pagans and Students Together Book Borrowing Program Contract and Information
In order to borrow, you must agree to The Fine Print
1) Books available for loan will be listed on the website, along with book info, content comments, and who you are borrowing from. The website is: www.oocities.org/wwupagans Link to: Book Borrowing Program

2) When you borrow a book, recognize that you are borrowing from an individual, not from the club. PAST is not responsible for books lost or stolen in this transaction.

3) Lost or damaged books will be replaced or reimbursed by the borrower. Reimbursement shall be the price printed on the book cover or spine, no matter what price was originally paid. This is done with the intention to dissuade any dispute, and so that the owner may replace the lost book, even if they got it at a great price previously. If a book does not have a price printed on the cover, it must be found on a book-seller site such as Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble. The retail cover prices will be adhered to in this instance.

4) Borrow time is to be arranged between the borrower and borrow-ee, but we recommend no longer than three weeks.

5) Book lenders should write their legal name or craft name inside the cover of their books to differentiate their books from others which may be the same, and to prevent disagreements about which books belong to whom.

6) Though there shall be no fees imposed for late books, however, books borrowed for longer than one week after the agreed upon return date will be considered lost.

7) We are Pagan and we  abide by the Wiccan Rede: An it harm none, do what thou will. And remember the Law of Three: What you send out comes back to thee. Let this guide your transactions.

8) Those found in violation of these common courtesy rules would be formally excluded from the club with all rites and privileges thereof revoked until the wrongdoing is atoned for to the satisfaction of eligible voting club members.

I do agree to follow and respect these rules set out by the PAST Co-ordinators and understand the consequences set forth by the aforementioned rules. I agree to be fair, honest and not an asshole in my transactions. I recognize and respect the rights of ownership held by the book lenders. I agree to be timely in my book borrowing and returning. I understand this is a contract outlining a code of behavior to govern these lending transactions. I understand that this contract may be amended or change at any time.
I agree!
I don't agree! You Suck!
