-Go to Goug Machine City w/ Mustadio. Bostrio will look over a stell ball found in No.57 Mine.
-Listen to the rumor of the "Ghost of Colliery" in the bar at Goland City
-Get Beowulf to join your party in Lesalia Imperial Capitol
-Go to Goland City and complete the four battles. When you save Reis the Holy Dragon, have her join your party. You will receive the Aquarius Zodiac Stone in the city, used to activate the Steel Ball.
-Go back to Goug City, the Steel Ball will transform into the Steel Giant.
-At the Nelveska Temple, you must defeat the Evil Steel Giant and get another Zodiac stone.
-Now go back to Goug. The stone will set off the time machine, the out pops Cloud. Now beat up the hooligans picking on Aeris.
Geting his weapon
Make sure some one has move/find in your party. Go to Bervenia Volcano, and climb to the top of the rock formation and ta-da!
