| Do not mail any applications after July 1st without letting a TOL POC contact know beforehand. Any applications not received before July 16th will be charged the 'at gate' fee- so - to get the best value for your kinky dollar-don't delay getting this in as early as possible. | |||||||||||||||||

| I certify that I am 21 years of age or older. I agree not to bring pets, firearms, explosives or illegal substances of any kind onto TCC grounds. I agree to comply with all laws while on the grounds. I agree to be soley responsible for any/all items I bring onto TCC property. I will hold blameless the Texas Conference of Clubs, its officers and/or members as well as the membership of any club/group/commercial member, independent member and anyone associated in any way with TCC. I do also agree to hold TCC and Touch of Leather harmless and free of all liability from any injury, accident, or theft of personal property that may occur during the Wyld Fyre weekend. I acknowledge that I may see nudity or acts of adult performance art. Furthermore I acknowledge that this is merely an application for acceptance to this retreat and the acceptance of my reservation is contingient upon the approval of TOL leadership, who reserve the right to approve or reject this application. I further affirm that I have paid all fees due and will abide by all guidelines that have been set in place by TCC and TOL. Should I disregard these guidelines I am aware that I could be ejected from the grounds and that my funds would be forfeit. | |||||||||||||||||
