Metalic Fakes?

At first I thought these were some homemade thing, but I've now seen FAR too many for that. They're definately a set, but I still don't know who made them. The lace sleeves are consistent with some flower fairies dresses. The metalic upper is the same fabric as used on some star costumes, and the petal skirts are similar to regular flower fairies petal costumes. However, they seem a bit too much of a mix-and-match to me, and not really flower fairies style ~ so, I personally do not believe that they are a Hornby item. Do you know anything about them?
