So rare we don't even know their names!...?!

Jo has submitted this photo of what seems to be a fairy petal skirt (half a flower fairy dress). The fabric is right, the colour tinting(fading one to another) is right, the shape, length and indents on the petals are right.... but who does it belong to? What does the complete outfit look like?? Please msg me though ebay i.d. wylde.things if you have any info or photos to help identify the costume  :-)

Thoughts / Theories

1) It could be a long skirted Purple Clover ~ although all the Purple Clover dresses I've seen up close are Lilac (Pale Purple) , not Cerise Pink   ..does anyone have a long skirted Pink Clover than is Cerise pink to help us with this?
