Purple Snowflakes  for  Christmas- Chapter 2

a/n: * - Mystic Mountain Ski Resort and Mystic,
(Northern) California
are fake..as far as  i know i made them up.Also
i don't know Mya's mother's  real name, so i made
one up; if you know please send it to me  and i'll
correct it.

Mike, Dre, Justin, and Joey went in the first

limo. Lonnie, Lance, JC, and Chris went in  the

second one. Chris was the only one quiet as

they headed to the airport in the cold weather.

Once they got to the airport, Chris got a call on

his cell phone. "Hello, this is Chris. Who's

speakin'?"  "Hi, Chris. Are you okay

sweetheart?" "I'm fine . Hey Mom. What's up?"

He sighed as he waited in line for information

on his flight. "We're not home,Chirs. The family

is spending  Christmas vacation at the Mystical

Mountain Ski Resort in Northern California.

Write down the inforamtion and take the next

plane here." Chris wrote down all the

information his mom gave him as  he  told her

her goodbye. "Okay, Mom. Later." "Hi ", he said
walking  up to the counter,"I need to exchange

my ticket to *Mystic,California. Thanks." Chris

turned  away from the counter and saw the

rest of the guys. "Well, Chris what's up?" JC

said to him. "Family's at  a ski resort and I'm

gonna spend the whole vacation with them."

"Okay, we'll  see you after the holidays."Joey

said. "Yeah, see you after new years!" Lance

and Justin both said as they followed Joey to

the line so they could board on the plane.

"Um,Chris did  you get another letter from  My-

your penpal?" Chris looked at JC and held his

head down, then looked  up at him with a smile.

"Yeah. I miss her. I guess that and the weather

as given me, 'the winter blues' " JC put a

comforting  hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry.

Maybe she'll send you a great christmas gift to

make up for not being  able to get off from

work." "Yeah, but I would  love to see her." An

announcerspoke out several flights over the

loudspeaker. "Well time to go. See ya after New

Years!" "Bye JC! See ya man!" Chris said as

they went their seperate ways. Chris got on the

plane and found his seat. he buckled his seat

belt and leaned back while the flight attendants

went through the procedures  and the plane

started to take off. Chris reached inside his

jacket and pulled out his cell phone and  a

envelope. He put his earpiece inside his ear

and the phone on vibrate, to respect the other

passengers; even though they were chatting ,

typing on laptops, or watching  the TVs on the

back of the seats in fron of them. He stared at

the envelope  and pulled out  the letter to read

it over again.

        Hi Chris,
Is it snowing where you are? It's a
blizzard , here in
France. I'm not sure if we are or are not going to
do the last concert.I
have to wait and see. Speaking of seeing,  I wish I
could see you again.
I miss you , Chris. We have so much fun , writing
each other, talking on
the phone or computer. The best times are when we
get to spend time
face to face. I'll try to call you when I get  a
chance. Later cutie!

                                  Mya

Chris smiled as he put the letter back in the

envelope  and back in his jacket. He felt his

phone vibrate and saw the name  on the

screen. He clicked on and heard laughter

in the background. "Chris?!" "Hey you! Are you ,

okay?" "Yeah, we did the concert and the tours

over.I'm comming home. My mom's gonna

meet me at Mystic Mountain Ski  Resort

with my brothers."  Chris perked up. "What?!

My, do me a favor?" " Sure, Chris. What?"

"Call me when you get there, okay? Maybe

we can find a way to spend some of the holiday

with each other."  "Sure." Mya smiled into the

phone. "I'll talk to you later, cutie. Have a

happy christmas." Chris laughed at Mya's

statement. "You mean, Merry Christmas."

"But I like you happy. Later, cutie!" Click.

Chris cheered up, knowing he's  getting

a chance to see the one girl in the world

he want; very soon.
