| Alien Ant Farm to most people are a straight our rock band. The quartet is actually a hard-rock band. When listening to thier debute disk "ANTology" you will be surprised. When hearing tracks like "Wish," "Death Day," opinions may change. "Wish" was feautured on the Nintendio 64/Playstation 2 game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 and the Soundtrack as well. On the soundtrack is. Alien Ant Farm first broke out in the music industry in summer 2001. Alien Ant Farm had done a re-make of the King Of Pop's [Micheal Jackson] previous hit "Smooth Criminal." The song was slightly differed and was gained them much success. They flew up rock charts and were constantly requested on radio and MTV. Before "Smooth Criminal" Alien Ant Farm released the first video for "Movies." The video was barely regonized and didn't get much airplay. After "Smooth Criminal" Alien Ant Farm's label gave the band a chance to re-shoot the "Movies" video. The new video feautured many special effects and got double the first video's success. In 2002 Alien Ant Farm showed another side of them in "Attitude." The new single was slow and the last single of off "ANTology." What people saw of Alien Ant Farm was a normal rock band. "Attitude's" video was them with a way different attitude. The video got medium rotation on MTV and radio. After "Attitude's" release while Alien Ant Farm were touring the were involved in an accident. Their bus was involved in a n aciddent. Dryden Mitchell was injured and had to take a long break with Alien Ant Farm. His injuruies cancled Alien Ant Farm's tours.
