| Cat@lyst: This is a Sydney based organisation that runs out of the BLACK ROSE bookstore at 83 Regent Street, Chippendale, Sydney. They hold frequent meetings, and the store has a great library and a well sized resource which sells cheap material. They also sell music, a few shirts and some stickers and other miscilanious items. |
| Anarcist Black Cross, Australia: ABC is an international organistation. They are an anarchist prisoner support group, who also deal with class struggle. They also operate in Australia. |
| @-Net: The @net is a small network of anarchist bulletin board systems and online internet sites. At the moment it's an Australian network, but they're developing links with groups in other countries and they hope one day they'll be part of an international anarchist network. |
| Barricade Books Infoshop: Situated in Melbourne, this is one of the forfronts for the anarchist movements in Melbourne. They are an @net organisation not only do they prvide cheap internet connection, but they also provide facilities for people who cannot afford computers. |
| Just A Few Thoughts: If you are a practising anarchist or you want to become involved in Anarchist movements the links below should help you. Just a note of warning...#1. Know your rights, the police nor the government have the power to stop you from speaking your mind. So check out the Australian Constitution(as totally piss poor as it is) and find out what you are intitled to do as a citizen, #2. You may..and probably will get in shit...in alot of cases people and the law dont react in a positive way to anarchism, as most are ignorant and have that idea of anarchy that is so stereotyped..."chaos". So be careful where you tread..or if your like most of us and dont give a fuck..then rock on brothers and sisters..the whole point is for change..and opening peoples eyes. thanx |
