Step 4: Turn the sheet over and create an upward deflection to the elevators. Trace the lines as shown in the MS Word Document (fig. 11). Do the edge closest to the leading  edge first (fig. 12) before doing the crease closer to the trailing edge (fig. 13). It is also necessary to add a washout angle by adding upward curvature to the extremities of the trailing edges, leading up to the upward deflected elevator tabs.

Step 5: Depending on the size of the wing, weight down the nose with paper clips. For the dimensions given, two standard (#1) paper clips should be right.

Step 6: Adjust the weight and up elevator to trim the glider for best glide. Adjust any asymmetries in the chamber and/or differences in up elevator to straighten the glider's path using the iron. More instructions on launching and trimming can be found
