| Appearance |
With long, plain brown hair that just hangs down her back and brown eyes, Jralli will never be considered beautiful. Her hair hangs in such a way that it never appears to have been brushed no matter how many times she runs a comb through it. Her eyes though nicely shaped are a rather dull brown and appear even duller than they really are unless she smiles. All in all, Jralli is very conscious of the fact that she'll never be as beautiful as her older sister, Kilija. |
| Personality |
Jralli is a very nice young woman who has a very hard time dealing with her sister's superiority. Kilija is much like their mother was at her age and Lady Kiljira dotes on the young woman excessively. She encourages Kilija in her vanity and tries to get Jralli to act the same way. Jralli knows she's not pretty enough for her mother or her sister but has no idea how to go about making herself acceptable. More often than not she merely escapes into the gardens for some quiet time to get her anger back in control.
On the other hand, Jralli is much closer to her father than her sister is. Her father finds her sister and mother to be quite ridiculous and often dotes on Jralli because she's much more sensible than Kilija and has more of his personality traits.
Jralli has also become even more aware of her physical deficiencies of late because of a handsome Lord Holder's son who has been fostered at Gerlik Hold. Jralli is certain she'll never be pretty enough for him, but still can't stop her breath from catching in her throat every time she sees him. |
