His quick whit and humor have brought us all a long way... could Buffy have ever made it through 7 seasons with out the Xand-man? Wow, I always wanted a chance to talk about Xander...
Now that I have it... what do I say? Well I suppose I can entertain you with my theory that Joss Whedon originally wanted xander to be with Buffy... some of you may disagree... I don't care... you are all wrong. There were too many moments of passion shared between them. Of course it was all hidden from the camera... but hey, they were there! Angie, I know you agree... remember the moment they had in the funeral parlor? "No, my life's not too complicated!"... I also think Xander could have supported his own spin-off (Angel who?). He had quite a time throughout the years. Inca Mummy girl, Praying Mantis Woman, Cordelia, Anya... and for some reason (I blame the UPN) Ashanti. Let's not forget countless battles where he kicked major ass... So as I sadly mourn the passing of Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, inside I am forever doing the snoopy dance... the dance of the brave little toaster... Xander, I'll miss you... |
