OK everybody!! You all did pretty good at guessing that the boy will be a BOY!!  It's a sure thing - 100%!  Now we are wondering... What exact day in February do you think he'll arrive? A.M. or P.M.?  How much will he weigh? Will he EVER have a name?  CAST YOUR VOTE BELOW IN THE GUESTBOOK!

As you all know, my instincts told me that baby # 3 was a girl! I was so sure it was a girl, I was a little stunned to realize I am carrying a baby boy! Wow! Then my reaction was fear! Girls are all I know how to do ~ but people tell me boys are really easier in the long run!  What has your experience been? Please tell me in the guestbook!!

Just what I expected out of someone as sunny and happy Melissa... pure acceptance and joy! She is thrilled and cannot wait until he arrives!!

Dad is very open minded in his reaction. Surprisingly, he did not jump up and down for joy that FINALLY another male comes to our household - but I did sense extreme happiness and, well, relief!! He is hoping now that he will have at least ONE child who is interested in his tools! Try as he might, his girls show only minimal interest in playing with his tools! :-)

Sigh...remember? I told you she  said 'It BETTER be a girl!'  Well, initially she was disappointed and in denial! I think that stemmed from all of those hours in the baby girl clothes department at the store looking at little red velvet dresses and Mary Jane shoes etc.  She's coming around though as I had predicted...she's even bought the baby some clothes...from the BOY section! :-) Michelle ultimately will be a wonderful big sister... she's already proven herself in that role!
