WHAT'S LISA FIXING FOR DINNER?
HEY!  Are you hungry?  Are you at a loss for what to fix for dinner?!! ME TOO!!  That's why I sat down one day and planned a BUNCH of dinner meals to draw from when it was time to grocery shop and cook for the week.  Below you will find some of the things our family likes to eat... I have adapted most of them to a healthy diet. Some of them just can't be deemed healthy, so just watch your portions!  We have a diabetic in the household now, so if he can eat them and be fine, then you can too! Just watch your portions, (we usually eat 1/2 - 3/4 cup portions).We should ALL eat like diabetics! They don't need to be on a 'special' diet...just a healthy one...  Most meals are self explanatory, but if you need or want directions or recipes on how to fix something, please contact me via email and I'll send it right out! **Please note, we use apples, bananas, tangerines, cantelope, watermelon etc. etc. fresh when possible - otherwise our fruit plates are also frozen and canned fruits such as peaches, pears, strawberries etc.
