My sweet little stray from the streets...Her first day in the Apartment..you can see why I took her in when you see the scabs around her eyes.

Obviously a little TLC and indoor housing was all she needed, she's looking healthier and happier by miles and miles now. This is one reason why I like to encourage responsible ownership of pets, spaying and neutering at the least. No cat should have to go through what she must have endured.

While I'm on the topic of strays, I may as well add a snapshot of "Catzilla", a huge fellow who came wandering into my apartment during a blizzard and went unclaimed for months until I gave him a new home with one of my friends.  That's him flopped on the carpet below...
