I really love my job, and I also love the private personal training studio I work in, lake view personal fitness has given me  an opportunity I didn't have at  other heallth clubs and gymns I have worked.
Let me tell you about the new activiteis I've incorporated into my  training programs, first let me say that I love my job, but even working out can become a little boaring if thats all you do, what I've done is taken my training outside.
In addtion to resistance training I also offer a crash course in mountain biking(figure of speech). You don't have to be a professional rider or even an expierienced rider, I will teach you evrything you need to know, I will even supply the bike ,if you don't already have one.
I work with mostly with people who don't have an active lifestyle  or are to busey to plan out activities, such as city mountian bikeing, hikeing at oak mnt. state park, or training and running in your first  5-k  run (3.1 miles), don't be affraid, contact me and lets get moving !
Beverly had a classic case of intimidation, she had been battling a weight problem for some time and she felt it was time to take it to the next level, health club, but she didn't want to workout with all those perfect people watching her, not to mention she had never set foot in anything like a health club since highschool, herbest friend stept in and  introduced her to me and the rest as they say is history, Beverly has lost over sixty pounds.
