Representativeness heuristic relies on mental representations
   Schemas: rely on everyday experiences to build mental model
      Use base rates efficiently if we directly experience elements of category, not if just read about them
      Activation of certain schema leads to understanding information within a certain frame of mind
                                                        to normalize stories heard
   Confidence in story based on
      Goodness and number of reasons; likelihood and salience of elements
      Completeness of explanation
      Coherence of story; ease of imagination
      Presence of alternative stories
          Counterfactual thinking: think of how things could have happened differently

   Hindsight bias: recall biased information in direction of having predicted what actually happened
                         distort the past in direction compatible with change
      Keep an objective record of experiences
