Unicorn Histories

The UNICORN is my favorite fictional animal since I was three.  There are many stories and legends that surround this creature, and I hope to share a few of them with you about maidens and unicorns to corrolate with the above picture.  Unicorn history starts in Classical times according to Pliny and other sightings.  During Medieval times, myths and legends flourished.  Standard pictures emerged from this era and resembled the image above.  Even today there are animals that resemble unicorns.  Refer to the Table of Contents to access an area that interests you.
