Info: A. Setup 1) Introduction The XBANE Ladder will be offered to all regular members. Exclusions apply to Leader, Division leaders, and E-XB members. 2) Purpose The purpose of the XBANE Ladder is to allow members the ability to join E-XB, and, of course, to gloat. =D 3) Entry fee to E-XB After 3 weeks of ladder competitions, the current leader will duel a Top member with the only restriction being no cheating or double teaming and if it is reported that u used these advantages to obtain this u will be exiled.. B. Point Distribution 1) Basics Both duelers will start with 20 points (core score). If the levels of both duelers are the same, no point adjustments. If there is a difference in levels, changes will be made. The difference of levels will be added or subracted to core score. Ex: A level 25 character and 30 character are dueling. the lvl 25 char adds the difference of lvls to his core score (20+5). The lvl 30 char subtracts the difference from his core score (20-5). If the lvl 25 char wins, he gets 25 points. Should the lvl 30 char win, he gets 15 points. This is where it gets complicated. If a lvl 1 char and a lvl 50 char duel, and the lvl 50 char wins, he gets 1 point, whereas he would normally get -29 points (20-49). But if by some freak chance the lvl 1 wins, he gets a whopping 69 points (20+49). 2) Variables According to Class -Warrior v. Sorceror If the warrior wins, add 50% of his score to itself (w+50%) If the sorceror wins, subract 15% of his score from itself (s-15%) -Warrior v. Rogue If rogue uses offensive spells and bow, and wins, subract 1 from rogue score (r-1) If warrior wins in this case, add 2 (w+2) If rogue uses only spells or only bow, no adjustments to scores. -Sorceror v. Rogue Affect score in no way. -Same Class Duel (W v. W, S v. S, R v. R) Affect score in no way. C. Times and Dates for Competitions 1) Competitons will be held Friday and Saturday 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM Central standard time. And agaion on Sunday, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. 2) Any duels held outside of these time frames and/or unsupervised will not be recorded in competition data. No ExCuSeS. 3) If no qualified supervisors are available you will have to wait until they are available or they logon. 4) Should the Leader, and the Leader alone, decide to make up for lost competition time, he may schedule a time to view a duel. Qualified Duel Supervisors: none yet but we will when we get the clan and site goin so just stay calm u can still join by emailing me or finding slyguy_xb.
