A Little Pick-Me-Up

The question isn't how much more can you take but how much more can you give. Just when you're about to quit your mind says push harder; you listen sensing an inner strength that wasn't there before and suddenly you discover-you no longer feel the pain.
Not every person can be a XC-RaCeR, it takes a special kind!! XC-RaCeRS are full of life and a little bit out of their minds!
People ask me why I run...what do you do when you hear a gun go off?
Nothing makes you feel more like a man like running long distances to exhaustion in skimpy little outfits.

mercilessly into submission.
